Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, but last-minute cancellations have a big impact on our ability to serve you and other patients.
Special Consideration:
We understand family and community come first. Exceptions will be made for cancellations due to Godley ISD school closings due to weather
Consultations
Consultations are $100. To be respectful of everyone’s time, we require cancellations or reschedules at least 24 hours before your appointment. If notice isn’t given within that window, the full consultation fee of $100 will be charged.
Botox, Filler, and Skin Services
For all injectable and treatment appointments, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations, rescheduling or no-shows will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.

How far in advance should I book Botox or filler before an important event?
We recommend scheduling your Botox or filler treatments at least 2 weeks prior to any special occasion. This allows time for swelling or bruising to settle so you look your best.
What services do you offer?
We specialize in Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP, collagen boosters (Sculptra), and carefully selected medical-grade skincare products.
Do I need a consultation before booking treatment?
While consultations aren’t required, we highly recommend them if you’re new to aesthetic treatments. It’s a chance to chat 1:1, create a tailored plan, and set expectations for your best results.

Most patients feel minimal discomfort. We use gentle techniques and numbing agents to keep you comfortable throughout your visit.
How long do results last?
Botox typically lasts 3-4 months; fillers range from 6 months up to 2 years, depending on the product and treatment area.
What should I expect during and after treatment?
You may experience mild swelling or bruising, which usually resolves quickly. We’ll provide thorough aftercare instructions to support your recovery.
Is there any downtime?
Downtime is minimal to none. Most patients return to their daily routine immediately after treatment.
Can I combine treatments?
Yes! Combining treatments can enhance your results and give you a natural, balanced look.
How do I prepare for my appointment?
Avoid blood thinners and alcohol 24-48 hours before your appointment and come with clean skin. We’ll share any additional prep steps during your consultation.
Are children allowed during appointments?
We love kids, but to keep the environment calm and focused on you, we kindly ask that little ones stay at home during your visit.
What if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
For your safety and your baby’s, we do not offer injectables during pregnancy or breastfeeding. We can discuss alternative skincare options instead.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and offer our Beauty Bank membership program to help you save on treatments over time.
