Cancellation Policy
Life happens. We get it. We also need to protect the time we set aside for you, because when a spot opens last-minute, another patient usually can't fill it.
The short version
A $100 fee is charged in any of these three situations:
No call, now-show
Same-day cancellation
Reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice
This applies to consultations and to all treatment appointments (Botox, filler, microneedling, and any other service).
How the consultation fee works
Your $100 consultation fee is collected at booking. If you keep your appointment, it goes in full toward any service or product you buy within 30 days. If you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice, we refund it. If you fall into one of the three situations above, the fee is forfeited.
Treatment appointments work the same way. With at least 24 hours' notice you can reschedule freely. Less than 24 hours, or a no-show, and you'll be charged the $100 fee on your card on file.
Weather Exception
If Godley ISD closes for weather, all fees are waived. Family first.
FAQs
How far in advance should I book Botox or filler before an important event?
We recommend scheduling your Botox or filler treatments at least 2 weeks prior to any special occasion. This allows time for swelling or bruising to settle so you look your best.
What services do you offer?
We specialize in Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP, collagen boosters (Sculptra), and carefully selected medical-grade skincare products.
Do I need a consultation before booking treatment?
Yes, for new patients. Every first-time patient books a consultation, which includes a $100 fee that goes in full toward any service or product within 30 days. Returning patients book services directly.
Are treatments painful?
Most patients feel minimal discomfort. We use gentle techniques and numbing agents to keep you comfortable throughout your visit.
How long do results last?
Botox typically lasts 3-4 months; fillers range from 6 months up to 2+ years, depending on the product and treatment area.
What should I expect during and after treatment?
You may experience mild swelling or bruising, which usually resolves quickly. We’ll provide thorough aftercare instructions to support your recovery.
Is there any downtime?
Downtime is minimal to none. Most patients return to their daily routine immediately after treatment.
Can I combine treatments?
Yes! Combining treatments can enhance your results and give you a natural, balanced look.
How do I prepare for my appointment?
Avoid blood thinners and alcohol 24-48 hours before your appointment and come with clean skin. We’ll share any additional prep steps during your consultation.
Are children allowed during appointments?
We love kids, but to keep the environment calm and focused on you, we kindly ask that little ones stay at home during your visit.
What if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
For your safety and your baby’s, we do not offer injectables during pregnancy or breastfeeding. We can discuss alternative skincare options instead.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Cherry Financing, and offer our Beauty Bank membership program to help you save on treatments over time.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments to avoid fees. Exceptions are made for Godley ISD school closings.
How do I book an appointment?

Where do I park?
There are plenty of spots available in front of the building, located outside the main salon entrance.
