Sweet Tea & Tox was founded on a pretty simple idea, which is that the women in our community shouldn't have to drive an hour for the level of care they want. The clinical training, the time to talk things through, the same nurse every visit. There's no good reason all of that should only be available in Fort Worth or Burleson.
So we built it here. Every patient sees me, every visit. We take the time to actually talk about what you want to address. And you'll leave with a plan for the year, not just whatever we did that day

Meet your new best friend, Brittany Carroll, RN-BSN
Nurse injector and founder, originally from a small town just like this one.
I've been a registered nurse for over 20 years. Most of that career was spent in medical-surgical nursing and women's health, which is honestly where I learned how to actually take care of someone. You learn to slow down, ask better questions, and never assume you know what's going on with a patient.
In 2017, I started injecting alongside a plastic surgeon. That experience changed how I think about aesthetics, because I got to see the same patients over months and years and learn what actually held up versus what looked good for a week. I've watched a lot of women come in unsure of themselves and leave feeling more like the version of themselves they remember. I've also told a fair number of patients that the treatment they came in asking for wasn't right for them, because being honest about that matters more to me than booking the appointment.
When you sit in my chair, we'll talk about what's actually changed in your face and where. Then we'll build a plan for the year. My goal in every appointment is the same: I want you to look like you still feel at your age. Rested, refreshed, and like yourself.
After moving to Godley, I built Sweet Tea & Tox so the women in this community could get this kind of care without having to drive to Fort Worth or Burleson for it. You deserve the same level of attention here.

Dr. Z Shah, MD
Dr. Shah is a board-certified internal medicine physician and U.S. Air Force veteran with advanced training in injectables, dermal fillers, cosmetic lasers, and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy.
His clinical experience and commitment to patient safety bring an added layer of medical oversight to Sweet Tea & Tox. Every protocol we follow is built on his guidance and aligned with the highest standards of evidence-based aesthetic medicine.
